Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SourceIQ ("the Service"), operated by Integra IT Solutions FZE LLC ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SourceIQ is a product intelligence and supplier discovery platform that provides market research, supplier identification, trade data analysis, and related services for procurement teams in the UAE/GCC region.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier users are limited to 5 total searches with no export capabilities.
5. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)
Pro plan users may configure their own AI provider API keys. The Company is not responsible for charges incurred on your third-party AI provider accounts. API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.
6. Data Accuracy
Research results are generated using AI and public data sources. While we strive for accuracy, the Company does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data. All data is labeled with provenance information (verified vs. AI-estimated). Users should independently verify critical business decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; (c) exceed fair-use limits or abuse API access; (d) share credentials with unauthorized parties; (e) scrape or bulk-extract data beyond normal usage.
8. Intellectual Property
SourceIQ, its logo, and all related materials are the property of Integra IT Solutions FZE LLC. Research reports generated for your use belong to your organization. You may not resell raw platform output without a reseller agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
